Alive and Well and On Fire

True to the teeth with both feet in the fire.
These moments are here to be felt, experienced, cherished.
Colours. Scents. Sounds. The feeling that it’s not over.
These memories are here to be made.

Lungs exist to breathe them out and in.
Blood is here to circulate it all: the healthy, the unhealthy and the ugly waste.

But mouths serve a very different purpose.
The digestive deciding factor exists both to swallow and to spew out.
It’s a matter of taste and toxicity and time.

And true to the teeth, even with both feet in the fire, universal forces consistently collide to process all that is ingested; until the fire eventually burns itself out.
