Redefining Fitness: R-E-S-P-E-C-T

It is… learning and becoming, loving and grieving, giving and taking – always letting go without ever hanging on.

It is working hard and “putting a few holes in the bucket.”

It is many things but it is no pushover.

Fitness DEMANDS respect and won’t take NO for an answer.
